Shipping
All orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. During restocks, new releases, sales or promotional periods, please allow an additional 24–48 hours for your order to be dispatched.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date your order has been dispatched.
International Duties & Taxes
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required before your order can be released by customs.
